Services must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Failure to do so will result in a 50% cancellation fee. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will result in a 100% cancellation fee. Deposits paid can be applied to a future appointment only if the current appointment was cancelled at least 48 hours prior. Deposits cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will be non-refundable and a new deposit will be required.
